The following describes the specific responsibilities and the required skills, competencies, and qualifications/ experience for the Mobile phone maintenance trainer position based in HSK City. Those holding the Mobile phone maintenance trainer Incentive Worker position will work for the ORGANIZATION education Youth Center delivering training sessions on Mobile phone maintenance to youth beneficiaries in selected communities.
اTraining young people the basic skills in maintaining mobile devices.
2. Giving theoretical and practical sessions in the field of mobile maintenance.
3. Training youth to replace and maintain mobile devices.
4. Training young people in the basics of related programming (software).
5. Training youth to maintain the safety and cleanliness of equipment.
6. Training youth on how to maintain their safety while using the equipment.
7. Conducting interim and final assessments and following up on youthprofessional progress.
8. Carry out and contribute to any activity related to the job under the supervision of the direct manager.
9. Adhere to the security and safety rules of the organization.
10. Adhere to the organization's work and job behavior rules.
11. Ensure that the environment in which young people work is safe and welcoming.
12. Carrying out the interim and final evaluation and registration of youth under the supervision of the direct manager
The ability to use a computer to program mobile devices.
• The ability to work individually and within a team.
• The ability to skillfully write and draft reports.
• The ability to work with young people and withstand work pressure.
• High communication skills.
• The ability to abide by the rules of safety and security in the center.
Qualifications/Experience:
• At least four years of experience in the field of mobile maintenance.
• High school or institute certificate in the maintenance of electronic devices.
• Preference will be given to those who have related experience with youth training.
