▪ Develop and implement structured PSS curricula in various formats 

▪ Provide a safe and supportive environment for beneficiaries to share their experiences and feelings. 

▪ Assess the psychosocial needs of individuals and groups to tailor interventions accordingly. 

▪ Identify individuals requiring more intensive care or specialized services. 

2. Referral and Coordination: 

▪ Make appropriate referrals to mental health professionals, legal services, and other relevant service providers for beneficiaries requiring further support. 

▪ Maintain a referral network and collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive support for beneficiaries. 

3. Maintain Confidentiality and Documentation: 

▪ Ensure all interactions are conducted with the highest standards of confidentiality and respect. 

▪ Maintain detailed records of all PSS sessions, including attendance, topics covered, and any relevant notes. 

▪ Prepare regular reports on the progress of beneficiaries and the impact of PSS activities. 

4. Collaboration: 

▪ Collaborate with other team members, including mobile clinic staff, and protection assistant, to ensure coordinated service delivery. 

▪ Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to enhance professional development and share best practices.
