Implementation Protection mainstreaming action plan

• Assist in the implementation of protection, gender, age, and diversity considerations, ensuring that these are consistently incorporated into the activities carried out by Solidarités International, while adhering to the "do no harm" principle.
• Assist the Protection Mainstreaming Manager in the dissemination of Protection mainstreaming framework tools and the Child Protection Policy
• Strengthening communities’ knowledge and comprehension of their rights to safe and accessible services through awareness messages and empower communities to claim their rights.     
• Collaborate with the Protection Mainstreaming Manager to ensure accurate and comprehensive service mapping, maintain an up-to-date service map, and ensure teams on the ground understand the referral SoPs and mechanisms.
• Roll out the protection mainstreaming checklists, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented tools and report findings to the Protection Mainstreaming Manager.
• Assist in preparing monitoring reports and providing feedback to relevant Solidarités International program departments, and contribute recommendations as needed.
• Organize and conduct, together with M&E and program teams, data collection necessary for project quality assurance, needs assessments, FGDs, and KIIs.
• Contribute and assist SI teams in the development of protection risk matrixes, and support teams engaging communities to develop risk mitigation measures.
• Act as a referral focal point, ensure adherence to SoPs and maintain close follow up with receiving agencies and referred cases to ensure timely and quality referral mechanisms.

Capacity building and training delivery: 

• Support the identification of staff capacity-building needs related to protection mainstreaming. Assist the protection manager in the delivery of Protection related training for SI program staff.
• Facilitate protection-related training sessions for daily workers, covering a range of topics including but not limited to, protection mainstreaming, psychological first aid, PSEAH, safe identification and referral pathways, etc. depending on the needs.
• Participate in local-level protection meetings when applicable, under the guidance of the Manager
• Collaborate with service providers and key actors to strengthen referral pathways and follow up of referrals sent and received from/by SI, ensuring the continuity of care.
• Adhere to data protection protocols, ensuring safe storage and archive of sensitive documents.
• Report findings, and observations of the field practices to line manager and program teams on best practices.
• Contribute to lessons learned workshops and suggest possible improvement actions,
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with Solidarités International program staff , including those responsible for Shelter, WaSH, MEAL
