The Admin officer for the Roj Camp medical clinic will be responsible for handling all office administrative work which include a wide range of responsibilities such as but not limited to staff timesheets, office maintenance, staff lunch arrangements, fleet management, subbase/office operations, maintenance, purchases for base and staff needs, and financial reconciliation. The Admin Officer is a prominent position on the team, and requires an individual with a kind, approachable demeanor who is organized, professional, and experienced in operations, HR, and office management. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required to excel in this role. This position requires commitment and understanding of OUR ORGANIZATION Mission and Statement of Faith, as well as agreement and compliance with the statement of faith and policies.

Hours:
40+ hours/wk

Manage and oversee the ORGANIZATION’S Derik sub-office which includes its daily maintenance activities.
-    Maintain the inventory for material, assets, IT equipment, etc. assigned for the sub-base and the program.
-    Assists/oversees financial activities (Petty Cash, Staff CA/FER, etc.) according to ORGANIZATION’S Finance Procedures. He is also to oversee and ensure that proper and valid documentation for all financial transactions.
-    Maintain project team timesheets as well as guards, drivers as needed
-    Directly supervise the drivers, guards, and cleaners assigned to the office.
-    Organize staff lunches and refreshments.
-    Monitor electricity, generator, and water usage and inform management about consumption and payments. Facilitate payments when necessary.
-    Maintains all office administration files and tracking for needs in the office such as stationary and supplies.
-    Keeps the administration computer files up to date and in proper order.
-     Keeps computers, internet, phones, and printers in good working order.
-    Support the IT technician to follow up on computer problems/ issues. 
-    Other duties assigned by the Program manager (PM)

Education / Experience Needed
•    Bachelor’s degree, diploma certificate in management/human resources or other relevant fields.
•    Has at least 2 years’ experience in administration/finance
•    Experience in low-resource setting (preferably camps in NES)

Language 
·    English, required
·    Arabic required

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form.
