- Fully attend and participate in the training session on the first day.
- Conduct interviews with targeted beneficiaries in Karama–Raqqa, either in person or via phone.
- Complete the assigned number of surveys per day using hard copies or digital tools (e.g., tablets).
- Accurately record responses in the assessment sheets or digital forms.
- Ensure data quality and adhere to standards provided during training.
- Provide timely and accurate notes or observations to the evaluation team leader.
- Support the team with any additional data collection tasks as assigned.
- Previous experience in data collection, especially in conducting questionnaires, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an asset.
- Familiarity with local context in Raqqa and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Experience using tablets or mobile data collection tools is preferred.
- Commitment to data confidentiality and ethical standards.
