Job Title: Community Mobilizer
Location: Damascus / Latakia / Deir ez-Zor (Two staff member per center)
Reports to: Project Assistant (Center Manager)
Contract Type: Full-time — 12 months
Position Purpose
The Community Mobilizer is responsible for engaging local communities, raising awareness about available services, facilitating outreach activities, and encouraging active participation of beneficiaries in center programs. S/he will act as a bridge between the community and MRD centers to ensure inclusiveness, accountability, and trust.

- Conduct outreach and awareness campaigns to promote center services.
- Facilitate information sessions on protection, PSS, GBV prevention, legal rights, and livelihoods opportunities.
- Identify and mobilize vulnerable groups (women, youth, persons with disabilities, families of missing persons).
- Collect community feedback and support accountability mechanisms (CFM).
- Support referrals between community members and center services (legal, PSS, GBV, livelihoods).
- Maintain close collaboration with local leaders, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Document outreach activities and contribute to reporting.

- At least 2 years’ experience in community mobilization, outreach, or awareness-raising projects.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
